Our picturesque self-contained flat overlooking mature gardens sleeps 2/4 people (1 Double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed) and provides everything you need for your escape to the country.
We are situated just 3 miles from Newmarket and 15 miles from Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.
Both Newmarket Racecourses and Dullingham station are within 3 miles.
Separated from the main house and benefitting from your own private access, you can enjoy a double bedroom, bathroom, comfortable living area and a small kitchen. Outside you have a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pond and a private garden area.
Every new guest receives our welcome pack of food which is enough for a for a couple of days included in the price.
